Apex Legends - Ash PS5 Skin Problem

There seems to be a problem with Ash that makes her unplayable on the ps5. Myself and (from the looks of it) many others are unable to play ash because the game crashes if you use her tactical or ultimate if you have a skin on her. Before anyone goes to blame the ps5, I think it’s worth developers to investigate the problem on their end first. I am open to ps5 troubleshooting but find it strange that you can play Ash if you don’t have a skin attached to her (and everything else runs in the game just fine on ps5). She is playable as long as you have the original skin on. From other forums, this problems seems to have started when the new season dropped and nothing is being done about it. I don’t mind playing her with the original skin, but some people might waste points/real money on her and end up not even being able to play her.
