Apex Legends 1000ms Ping

Whenever i try to connect apex server it connects but then I get log out and it says connection timed out etc. Even the origin app doesn't work, it doesn't load my library games news, etc. 

when I looked at the database server, almost all servers are above 1000ms ping,

My Internet is fine. 


I tried

Restart My Router
Change My DNS server
Other Services Works
Firewall Completly turned off 


Nothing makes sense ☹️
