3 days i have some issue with launching the game (integrity check) literally try all repair game/reinstall game/uninstall all app can causing issue (like ds4 windows) not fixing at all.
Tracking logs and seem to be "ElgatoAPO" like how is this possible a driver for elgato like wave xlr/wave link etc can cause issue ? I mental boom lol
MCthiis Some programs may had left drivers on your PC that are still being detected, (I know Daemon Tools is one such program, where players had to remove it from the Device Manager in order to get the game to work again).

As for the issue you are currently having, that issue shows up when a program is running, (or has drivers running), that is blocked by the game.
You would need to either close out of, (or uninstall), those programs and/or drivers.
i have legit done every tip and trick i have reset my pc twice legit have nothing but discord and apex legends installed and somehow i keep getting this error no matter what and i have also searched on this forum not to find a single fix to my issue HELP PLEASE!!!
Having this problem as well was playing last week now all of sudden I can no longer play getting the same error.
Hopefully you see this open device manager and see if daemon tools has leftover drivers found out I did even though I did revo uninstaller. Found 2 drivers leftover as soon as I unstalled them it worked instantly.
Like i say before i already uninstall/block most of the program i have, i launch the game on a windows with only wave link/steam and got this they just doing bad thing with elgato again i guess
