Banned on my account for no reason!!

I got a few failed transactions due to their not being enough money on my account, then the next day I have been banned? Pretty sure EA thought i was using a stolen card or something. I just want my account back as I have spent over 1000 hours and literally just got a heirloom.

Please can someone try and do something?

Hi there. I'm sorry to say, we can't help with banned accounts over the EA Forums. I recommend submitting a dispute by following the instructions in this article. Terms of Service will need to review the ban to see if it can be overturned. Thanks!

Same, 5000 hour account, 3 heirlooms, top 200 pred s25, banned for no reason, i recommend to contact hideouts on twitter/x so we can get attention to this problem, imagine supporting a game, playing legit, spending money only to get slapped in the face like this after YEARS, i am really mad about this
