Hey @bobisbobbutbob,
As far as I know that isn't a supported resolution for Apex Legends. The lowest resolution the game supports is 960x540.
Hello i tried 960x540 but when i opened the app the resolution is my native resolution☹️ not the 960x540

Gotcha!
You might need to adjust the resolution in NVIDIA Control Panel in order for it to run at a lower res.
but how? I don't know how to use the Nvidia control panel
and btw I tried the 960x540 yesterday but says unsupported like cant create a game window something like that
Hey, EA_Kent the 960x540 resolutions work now! it's great but when I tried it on the firing range, it makes my game freeze, and needs to end task it, any help? Thanks!

Would you mind sharing a DxDiag when you've got the chance? You can find more details on how to pull one up at the EA Help website. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread.
Thanks!
