Okay a couple months ago when they were doing the cross progression, I was trying to get it because I was originally on ps4 but I got the new Xbox series X, so i tried to bring my account over to that system and it didn’t work, and EA only let try to link accounts one time and when it didn’t work I had to wait all way until, may 25 which is in a couple of days, so what do I do to get my account back? Is there anyone who can help or I can call?

No, any progress or content unlocks are tied to your original EA account. By unlinking your account you will lose any progress you have gained on that account.
Moving a platform from one EA account to another will provide access to your main EA account content on both platforms, but will not transfer any content from the second EA account.
If you have unlinked a platform account mistakenly, relinking the account to the original EA account should restore progress.
