EA can we please get some word on this? The solution is very simple. Remove the ban penalty until you guys fix the game crash issues. Nobody cares about a Valentine's day update. Half of my friends including me are banned from playing because of this issue. I didn't even make it to the character selection screen and my game crashed and I received another 90 minute ban. I am fairly certain there is no issue with my Xbox or internet since I have no problems with other games. Sometimes when I get this crash I'm in a party chat and the party chat will glitch out while the game crashes and then everything is back to normal after that.
I have been play and paying Apex Legends and I am so close to done. I think there is a law against this. If I have to find a money hungry lawyer that knows how to fight this I will. I love the game but it unfair how I keep losing money and viewers and time. Try to play a game that crashing every 30 to 45 minutes. Than I get punished for something I am not doing. There are Loopholes to everything... I learned that.

Same problem here as well. At first I wasn't getting any penalties for crashing but now I am. With all the different threads on crashing and so many people having this problem I'm starting to wonder if anything is being done about this issue.. I've tried several fixes as well and still dealing with this issue..
