If you edited something in the videoconfig file that might be why this is happening. Have you tried repairing the game in Origin to test and see if that helps at all? If you right-click on Apex Legends in the Origin Library you should see a Repair option when the menu comes up.
Let me know how that goes when you have a chance to give it a try.

Have you tried reverting the changes you made to the config file to see if that makes any difference at all?

- 6 years ago@EA_Kent Thank you very much for being worried and trying to help me. Although I may disappear (I mean, I haven't answered some questions) in my hurry. I have reinstalled Windows 10 specifically for playing Apex Legends.
