Apex legends closing with no error on match summary (Steam)

Ever since the mid-season update I've been getting this bug where the game closes without error when leaving a match. Every time, the game let me back in with no issues though this bug would repeat multiple times a session. Today, as I was leaving a match, the game closed again and I just booted back up, though this time the game is stuck on the match summary and keeps closing when I press continue. I've done all the basics, restarting the PC, and verifying file integrity to no avail. I guess the next thing to do would be to do a clean reinstall but I don't want to lose all of my settings. Has anybody else experienced this in season 20?
