Apex Legends connection to servers

When I load up the game, ALL of the data centers give: “-1 ping 100% packet loss”. On the home screen it says “[-1- -1ms 100%PL]!” Have done all the troubleshooting available to no avail. If anyone...

Xbox One. I’ve tried all troubleshooting I could from the EA help webpage. I’ve also done all checks with internet connection on my side (everything is fine). I have not tried playing Apex since making the original post, and will come back to update.
