Apex Legends connection to servers

When I load up the game, ALL of the data centers give: “-1 ping 100% packet loss”. On the home screen it says “[-1- -1ms 100%PL]!” Have done all the troubleshooting available to no avail. If anyone...

hey, i have a problem on my switch. It says on the screen that lost connection to EA servers and Nintendo online services. Ive reconnected and restarted my router. And its still the same. What can I do?

@lp7ecgbl27ca So from what I've seen on reddit and stuff a lot of switch players are having this problem, I think the servers are down

  @lile762 I have no idea, people are saying hopefully when the update is implemented but who knows. I have been on this page refreshing , it tells you when servers are up or down https://help.ea.com/en/apex-legends/apex-legends/
