Lost all progression

I recently re-downloaded Apex Legends after a long time of not playing and was prompted to choose between two different save files, and I chose the one from 2022 as that was when I last remembered playing as opposed to the other that was marked as 2025. However, when I loaded into the game all of my progress, legends, and content was gone. Is there any way to switch to the other save file/account, because I can neither find any way to do so in game nor on the EA app. If it is of any relevance, I had a separate account I played a little bit on through steam, but the account with everything was on console, and that is the one my EA account is supposed to be linked to.
