Hello,
Joining this thread because of the recent crashes I've experienced.
I can't seem to find any patterns. Sometimes I can play maybe 3-4 games before the first crash occurs, and sometimes it crashes every game. It doesn't seem to matter if it is a fresh reboot of the computer or if it has been running for a while. The game did crash at times during season 1, but it was not as often.
Things I've tried
- Updating GPU drivers
- Updating CPU drivers
- Running Windows Update
- Closing various applications normally running in the background
- Repairing Apex Legends
- https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
Sometimes, I'm getting no error message, it just closes down and I am back in Windows. At other times, I get a crash report, like the one below.

At least the "ready bug" is fixed which was the nail in the eye (for me) of season 1. 🤞

Update
Got help from a member of an Apex community I recently joined. I normally have an overclocked CPU profile so when I disabled that and went back to the default one, it seemed to solve the problem. I tested this by playing 10 games in a row and didn't have a single crash.
My specs
- Windows 10
- Intel Core i5 3570K 3.40GHz overclocked to 4.40Ghz
- GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
- 16GB DDR3
- Motherboard Z77 ASRock Extreme4-M
