Apex legends technical issue?

Hi, I have a mid range laptop and i was able to run apex legends on high settings for the longest time(stats: i7 12 gen with nvidia 3060 and 16 gigs of ram). seems like after the recent updates i cant even run the game on low graphics and idk why. i did everything i could to fix this but to no results, i even wiped my laptop's memory thinking that freeing things up would help, but nothing did. is still play the game but its really hard to enjoy it since i keep lagging randomly, sometimes mid fight sometimes when absolutely nothing is happening.
