If the issue continues please make a new Windows Admin account and try there.

DarkoHi, I performed all the instrcutions at that link, and it has not fixed my issue. I have attached the newest DXDIAG file from just now after my most recent attempt. Can you explain what you mean to do by the second part you suggest, is that my Windows User Account for my whole PC?
