dude i have read all the comments , just wanted to add that i have the same problem .
the only different thing for me is that the game crashes on launch , didnt even make it to loading screen , every time, reinstalled apex and origin several times .
everything is up to date , done hardware and software tests, the Ram and hard drive test , everything is up to date.
I have the exact same problem here. I got Win7 and an older PC.
i do get the „Memory ... could not be read/written“ crash about 2-3 times a day, but otherwise the game runs well.
Yesterday I got the „... dxgi error device hung...“ crash for the first time.
I have no idea what could possibly help.

I am having the same problem although it seems the game crashes less when i dont use discord. I have tried almost everything but nothing seems to work. Its so frustraiting having 9 kills and then crashing I would be really happy if EA or Respawn either fixed this problem or at least responded in some way.
There is a post on apex reddit about some of these issues and how they are being denied and claiming its an individuals systems problem please go upvote the post. see here.
