Apex Legends Cross Progression lost me all my playstation cosmetics.
None of my playstation cosmetics or heirlooms or coins transferred over to my xbox account which is the highest level. therefore, its the account all previous accounts merged into. So much money and exclusive skins I cannot get again, I really would like this fixed. I don't need a bunch of useless links or corporate scripts like I've gotten from the "advisors" on my case from ea.help. I need help on EA's end to fully merge all of cosmetics and heirlooms. It's unbelievable the hoops I have to jump through to get proper help, very frustrating.
To confirm was your PSN account linked to a previous EA account prior to the one it is currently linked to with the Xbox platform?
If so this would be why you don't have items. Progress is stored at an EA account level, and if you unlink the PSN from the EA account to link it to a new EA account you will not take your items or progress with you.
