Apex legends cross progression

So I linked my ea account to my ps4 account straight from my Xbox account but I didn’t get to play or anything on my psn account and I also don’t have my Xbox anymore when I tried linking my apex account to steam it worked but I lost everything such as charms, gun skins, character skins, heirlooms, and badges. Everything cosmetics is gone I only have my stats. Another weird thing is all my characters are locked except the default ones and on my Xbox all the characters you had to pay for I had legendary skins for them when I hover over the locked characters I don’t own it shows my last skin I had on them but when I buy the character I have 0 skins for them. I have been trying so so much with support and I haven’t found a solution. Please if anyone could help me out please do.
