Apex legends cross-progression

Regarding cross progression, I had two EA accounts, one EA account for xbox, one EA account for pc (steam is linked to said account), I unlinked the steam account from the ea account, never touched the xbox account, never delinked it, i took my steam and linked it to the EA account that has my xbox linked, on Xbox all my items are still there, I did all this the day the season came out. Will I Be able to have my main account the xbox account merged with my steam account i do not care about the items on my steam account my xbox account is level 400 with battle passes heirlooms and ext, I just want my xbox stuff on my steam account.

Hello @ZEXT_TTV,

as both are on the same account now, you should be able to use your Xbox account on steam, once you get the prompt that cross progression is happening for you. By unlinking and relinking your steam account, you most likely lost most of your items on there already. If your Xbox account is the higher level one, you will be able to play with it on steam.

Hello @EA_Pythia I just did my cross-progression thing and it worked only for my xbox account that was transfered on my ps5 wich is level 196 but when i logged on my pc account I was still on my old account level 185 but they're both the same EA account and have been merged for a long time is there a way to merge both of them together

Hello @R1SskY0,

if the accounts weren't merged, then both your Xbox and PSN accounts are linked to the same EA account, which isn't the EA account that you have been using to play Apex on PC.

Unfortunately, there is no way to merge these accounts without losing your PSN/Xbox progress completely.
