Community AdminHi, while this error can pop up for a lot of reasons - it's a generic one - if you're encountering it every time, that would indicate a hardware issue to me.
As you already tried the steps I would recommend, the next step would be to reach out to Playstation support. Hopefully they can help identify what's going on here.
