Can you maybe take a look at your error logs in your PC's control panel and see what critical error are popping up?
Can you try to launch apex via:
Going to your Apex Game files, looking for the EasyAntiCheat_launcher.exe and trying it to launch this way.
If this doesn't launch, check your error logs for any critical error / codes that might link to Apex
running EasyAntiCheat_launcher.exe didnt work, i was unable to find any such error logs in the game folder.
