Apex Legends: finding friends

Hello, 

I am trying to add my friends to be able to play with them in Apex legends. When I search, it says “not found.” I have double checked the spelling and capitalization, I have tried from PC in game, the EA app, and from within the app on PS4, and I have tried restarting the apps multiple times. Also, we have made sure our privacy settings are set so that we are searchable. It goes both ways, everyone has been unable to find me and I have been unable to find me. How can I fix this?
