I currently have the same issue and nothing works. I am in South Africa and we do not have servers so we play on London or European based servers.
It was fine up until 3 or 4 days ago,
Nothing changed on my PC.
Tried everything and no luck

Apex is the only game I play these days please please we need help !!
The issue is 100% from their side. They made a change in EAC in the past week and it messed up a lot of peoples games. I cant even play anymore with my controller.
