Missing Progress

I stopped playing Apex Legends for a few months probably. I’ve never played on a different device or moved my account anywhere. I recently reinstalled to play more. When I booted the game up all of my content that I earned or paid for was gone and I was reset back to level 1. EA support essentially said “tough”. Can someone help please?

xGarrBear Did you make sure you are signing back into the correct EA Account, and if you play on a platform account, (such as Steam), that the platform account(s) you play on were not unlinked?

I'm asking because your Apex progress and data is stored on the EA Account.
