Missing Progress

I stopped playing Apex Legends for a few months probably. I’ve never played on a different device or moved my account anywhere. I recently reinstalled to play more. When I booted the game up all of my content that I earned or paid for was gone and I was reset back to level 1. EA support essentially said “tough”. Can someone help please?
