apex legends HW ban
Hello im a former esports player that have been wrongfully banned on apex legends due to some issues.
first is that i use controller to play apex legends with no software relating to apex legends that is for cheating or hacking that game.
2nd i believe i am hardwire banned but i have not cheated in that game or any other game (but roblox for entertainment purposes)
i believe apex legends picks up the viruses as an cheat or hack and ban me for having programs for it is there anyone i can speak to about my situation?

Please keep in mind that using a software to gain advantage is cheating.
Exploiting the game in anyway (use a glitch, gain access to areas you not suppose to reach and more) is a way of cheating.
And sometimes using 3rd party softwares could be seen as cheating even if they claim that they are "following the T&C".
