Apex legends inheritance

I'm playing Apex Legends, and some of my inheritance disappeared from my account when I accessed the game on my PC. I play on Xbox Series S, but when this happened I was playing on Xbox One. I tried contacting EA several times but received no response. This happened around season 8.
