Apex Legends Instruction at * referenced memory at * Memory could Not be Read

Hello guys, I've installed the game and went to execute it, but right after the launcher loads a little some error comes up.

It's in PT but I'll translate it: "The instruction on 0x3dfe9414 made reference to the memory on 0x4128a3a0. The memory could not be read. Press ok to exit"

Anyone knows the fix to this? Really it makes no sense. 

I'm posting on behalf of a friend, I can run the game properly but he can't. I suppose this will eventually help other players who experience this same problem

Things I've tried:

-Restart PC

-Repair

-Disable Safe Mode from BIOS

Please help?
