I've found a possible fix for this problem:
Get https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/rammap
After every match, I run the empty stand-by list option in rammap. If you have resource monitor open, you should see it clear the stand-by memory, which slowly fills as Apex runs.
I've yet to encounter another crash since doing this.

Tried rammap like from the start and errors were still there. Anyway thats not a "fix" since stand-by memory is memory waiting to be used. Apex should be able to access to it with no problem.
They just need to fix their * game.
