Apex Legends is Currently Unplayable for me

I'm on the Xbox Series S, hard-wired and i usually have a stable connection, apex servers considered.

I've played Mixtape and nofill Trios/Duos. For most of the time that i play, the red audio symbol is present and the audio is distorted. I can't hear my character, the storm, while I'm flying, footsteps sometimes, ability audio cues, nor the announcer. It have even happened during the character select. When it does, there is no audio for picking a character, my squad's banners and the champion squad's banner is blurry and indistinguishable, and the champion squad don't have audio. The game's terrian won't render in properly and will become blurry. Character models won't render in appropriately either, becoming something like a specific skin-colored dummy. My guns were invisible at times. I used Newcastle's Ult and it was see-through while the electricity was active. When the electricity on the Ult deactivated, the entire Castle Wall disappeared. The game regularly freezes and will kick me out of the game. It seems like it happens at random. Sometimes it has frozen and it'll eventually clear up within two minutes. However most of the time the game will kick me out and i have to close and launch the game again. It has frozen while I was dropping from the ship, while looting, fighting, and even after i die and am trying to leave the game. Recently it seems like it won't even let me back into the game until i die in-game. Then it'll say that it was a forfeited match. I'll even get an error code while trying to re-launch Apex. It'll happen every game, if not every other game. It's to the point to where i can't play more than two games without getting kicked out.

It started shortly after the new season's launch. I have tried restarting the console, uninstalling the game, changing servers, changing FOV,  trying both wired and wireless controllers, and clearing the cache. Apex is the only game that i have this problem with. So far nothing has helped.
