Apex Legends keeps crashing after i get into the match

Hi
the app closes suddenly, no signs of trouble before it happens, or any error messages after.
i have tried many different solutions that i found in the internet but nothing worked.

the troubleshooting steps i did are the following>
1- verified integrity of the game files many times in Steam.
2- checked disable fullscreen optimization, Run the game as an administrator, and Register this program for restart.
3- checked override high DPI scaling behavior to application.
4- deleted all files in %temp%
5- ran the game on DX11 and DX12
6- rested my monitor
7- uninstaled the game back and forth 3 times.
8- allowed the game to communicate through the windows defender firewall in private and public.

all of that troubleshooting and my game still crashes.
My PC specs and system information are the following:

Motherboard: TUF Gaming X670E-PLUS WIFI
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-core 4201 Mhz,
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 4070 Ti
RAM: DDR5 32GB running at 5200hz 
Windows 10
SSD: MICRON_2210_MTFDHBA1T0QFD 953.86 GB
Internet speed: 751.7 Mbps download, 698.8 Mbps upload
Monitor: 3440x1440 and 180.000Hz.

I do not know what do to fix these please help.
