6 years agoHey @dwalsh27 if the issue was with APEX Legends then I would be seeing many more reports of this. That I am not would mean that this is most likely a system issue.
It's no harm reaching out to Xbox support to see what they can recommend.

@EA_Darko So after doing a full factory reset and fully wiping hard drive i reinstalled game and it did not let me play on my original profile and also did not let me play on a new profile. Xbox guy assured me if it was an issue with my system it would affect other games to! He guaranteed it will be from the info you send to my Xbox! Is there anyway you can check the info that gets sent to my Xbox?

Also when my original account is not signed in it will not let me play from new account as it says I must sign in with profile that purchased the game.... it’s a free game so not sure what’s up there?
