It's still happening for me. I've not played it on any other systems but Apex is a known glitched game. It happens to most of the people I play with and have on chat. Xbox One X is also a glitchy pos. It's humorous the makers of Apex say it's a system issue and Microsoft says it's an Apex issue. Neither take any personal responsibility for their glitched programming. Xbox One X rushed that system just so they could say, "we have something PS4 can't do". The Atmos and HDR is so horribly glitched on the one X. I will definitely be getting a PS5 because of this.
