Apex Legends Lag (client side?) Shifting backwards while moving etc.

I'm experiencing a weird type of lag in the game.  I shift backward 1-2 seconds while moving - I might run through a door and then a moment later I'm still outside.  I pick up items only to find they're still on the ground a moment later.  Even the lobby is a little shaky. I was playing with my roommate (same WiFi), and he didn't have any problems.  A haven't experienced this before on PC. Thanks in advance!
