Community ManagerCan you run a UO Trace and take a screenshot of the results? This requires a PC and it'll need to be wired and on the same network you play on. If you can do that, the instructions are here. That will give us some finer details about your connection.
@EA_Aljo I have a mac book that does not have an ethernet port. I can try my work computer but if the program needs to be downloaded I'm not sure I will be able to do it.
