Roughly how long have you been playing Apex? A couple months, a couple years? Usually when we see this happen, it's due to unlinking from the original EA account at some point.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. Because of that, if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. It is not possible to transfer progress between separate EA accounts.
You would need to re-link your platform to its original EA account to try restoring any missing progress in that type of situation. If you've already re-linked the original accounts and the progress has not returned, it would be lost permanently and unfortunately cannot be recovered.
