Apex Legends makes my whole PC stutter
Every single time I launch Apex Legends it makes my PC stutter. The game itself stutters, the sound stutters, cursor starts jumping from place to place even if I slightly move my mouse, friends on Discord say that my voice stutters and even case fan lighting animation stutters. The only way to fix that is to wait on the Firing Range. Sometimes it takes less than a minute, sometimes 5-7 minutes. During that time my PC is literally unusable.
I play the game on the lowest settings and my PC fits recommended system requirements. I tried checking CPU and GPU usage in-game with FPSMonitor. For CPU it's 20-25% on average and for GPU it's 75-80%. The game is installed on SATA SSD, my Internet connection is stable at the speed of 300 Mbps, the packet loss on Frankfurt 2 Data Center is 0 and ping is 40-45 ms.
I've been stuck with this problem for several seasons and managed to find only one thread with the same issue, however, author said that the problem was fixed after some update. He was also asked to attach DxDiag, so that's what I'm going to do as well. I will attach more information if needed.
