Apex Legends Missing everything upon re-downloading the game...

Re-downloaded Apex Legends today after not playing for a few years, just to see when I logged in that all my stuff is gone. Progress reset, legends gone, skins gone, heirloom gone. Reached out to EA support and keep getting the same run around to go to EA Answers HQ. I have already Unlinked and re-linked my account as directed by the help page and nothing has changed. I spent hundreds of dollars on cosmetics and on obtaining an heirloom and now all of that is missing! Is there a solution that's already been found for this or can some one from EA please reach out and help me get this figured out.
