Apex Legends New Error? I'm the only one?

Please Help me, I Don't know what to do... I'm desesperate. I did a video to show whats happening so please... can you guys watch it and tell me whats happening? I started to fight with lots of e...

    Hello there. 

    I'm on my phone so I might miss something, apologies if I have errors.

    At first I thought the issue was with your hard disk because of the buggy sound but when I see the resolution, that's probably about your video card. Your video card can't render in real time and thus that makes the sound stuttery(and fps of course). Apex don't see your video card or the other way around. You have changed some settings in Nvidia Control Panel but that does not do anything if they don't detect each other. Try to manually add Apex to Nvidia Control Panel.

    Do you have any similar issues with other games or programs(I see you use Photoshop)? If it does, the problem is your vcard.

    Can you please attach your dxdiag?

    Also I like how you put music breaks in your video. :D

First I really thank you for your time, for helping me and for your words.  At first I thought that my graphics card it wasnt been recognize by the Game..., the strange thing its that when I first install this game, when was lvl1 and all that, the game never give me errors, then when I re installed because I Upgrade my pc (with more ram , graphics card 1050Ti and a gabinett, hard disk, etc), then I start to having several problems, like Dxerrorlog, launcher closed.. and now when I thought that I finally win the fight, comes this issue about the 3 and 1 fps in game + sound problems,etc

Answering to your question about dxdiag i save a file, but don't know if that is what you mencionate. hope it is...,  and yeah I use photoshop, programs for editing, modeling like maya with renders,etc and I dont have this graphic problem, also in my other games like bf4, Need for speed Most Wanted, Carbon, Rivals, Undercover,etc there is no problem at all, looks all amazing and High quality...

I really mis this game, just trying anything this couple months...without results..., all I want is "Results" like Caustic says...

@FuryXtinsion Have you tried manually adding Apex to Nvidia Control Panel? When you go into 3D Settings(in Nvidia CP), there are two tabs: Global and Program. Go to program and browse Apex's exe, add it.

Note: Aside from Apex: When you upgrade your PC, have you done a clean Windows installation? It is always recommended. That might be the cause of your 'other' problems.

    Thank you again for your answer, and yeah I add Apex to Nvidia control panel manually, I'll post a picture of that and yeah the windows installation was correct, I only use a program from move my data of my hard disk  //:C and all was there when I turn on the pc, my programs, my info, my disk C, but the strange thing is that Apex is the only game that itsnot detecting my graphics card, its there an option or code to make that?, why when I first install the game doesnt have this problem..., I had 60-54 fps and non issue...   

    hope that you know the answer, or any of EA team...

    I can play now! finally!! , I search in youtube how to enable graphic card to games in windows 10, then Go to "device manager" (search it with windows + r key) and go to the display option, and uninstalled nvidia 1050ti driver, the reboot the pc, and finally re install DirectX 12 and all his elements, finally Apex show me 1920x1080 resolution and 60fps, so damn happy...

        Hi again, i want to share with you all the tips, and steps that I found, that I search in all this days and I think thats there is all that I can found in youtube, I put all the links and the step by step in the video description bellow, so yeah... I want to know if you can put this as a topic where can reach all apex legends players that are having problems, I put all in the description, I know that my english is crap, but I did it anyway to help others like me puting my heart and time to make this, so if you know how to can I reach more people I'll apreciate it, thank you again.
