lost email

Hi, I need help recovering my EA account.

I can log into my EA account, but I no longer have access to the email linked to it (the Outlook email ending in @outlook.com). Because of this, I cannot receive verification codes.

I’m trying to link my Steam account, but I’m blocked by the verification step.

I still have full access to my PlayStation account that is linked to this EA account.

Can you please help me update the email on my EA account so I can regain full access?

Here is my information:

  • EA ID: Ryanmanbuddy08
  • PSN ID: AC3ryanbuddy
  • Games played: Apex Legends
    i REALLLLYYYYY need help since im trying to make a purchase on my account aswell i  bought enough money on steam wallet to buy an heirloom and i CANT log in

    If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll need to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.

    Unfortunately, we can't help with account-related requests here on the forums, so please use the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page to reach live support. The steps on that page would typically help you update that information, but since you no longer have access to the email itself, they aren't relevant at this point.

    If you're receiving pushback from the NextStep bot, feel free to use this web form instead. Both will redirect you to a page with the option to chat with an advisor. Once you connect with live support, an advisor will need to verify a few account details before working with you to get things updated.
