Apex legends not loading xbox one

My game is not loadin in and is sayin lost connection to Xbox live and ea servers. Please check your internet connection and then to see the website that took me here. I tested my wifi and it’s perfect I reset my game and everything and it’s still not loading

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. 

If that doesn't help, try switching to a wire. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

I have officially done everything this post has done. From deleting the game, resetting my Xbox, clearing my Mac address, deleting my account and redownloading my account and nothing seems to be working. At times it seems to load in the game, then crash, or I get to play for a few hours then it crashes and doesn't load back in. It's been getting worse each season. I keep closing the game and reopening it just to get past the loading screen and when I do get past it I just crash...

Hey im having the exact same issue. but on ps4, i cant play on any ps4 ive tried on 4 diff ones, and it seem to not let me into the game, i decided to try and play on pc, same issue, game kicks me whenever i hit the lobbie, ive tried all troubleshooting and nothing works, ive been having this issue for about 9 weeks by now, please help me, ive tried everything 

I had the problem on ps4, but seems you have to agree to new terms for it to activate takes a little to pop up then it worked for me.
