About EA ban issues

Help, I found that an account I didn't recognize from a few years ago is linked to my Steam and it feels like it might have been hacked. After discovering this, I found that my account progress had been cleared. I asked customer service to help me recover it, only to find that my Apex account was banned. I have been complaining for years. Please pay close attention to this message. I really need help.
I keep saying my account has problems. Since you know there is a problem, why not help me solve it? I also said that my account was indeed hacked. Because my account was hacked, there must be a problem. Why do you knowingly allow this? So you still did nothing and just went through the motions. We have always been supportive players in your game, right?
If this attitude continues for a long time, players will suffer huge losses and eventually disappear.

    I really love EA's games, but most of them are full of hacks and have banning issues. I don't know how much longer I can keep going.

    moonsaucsv​ You would need to contact EA Support to recover your hacked EA Account, and then you would need to contact the EA TOS Team to appeal the ban on your EA Account.

    If the connected EA Account isn't your EA Account, you should be able to contact EA Support to have them unlink your Steam Account from it, (and if your Steam Account was once linked to your EA Account, you may experience a loss of some, (or all), of your Apex progress and data, (even when relinking your Steam Account), which this loss is permanent if relinking doesn't restore anything).

    Note: Account related issues, (such as being hacked and/or banned), cannot be handled on the forums.

    I have tried countless times. Every time he sends me a repeated email, I really have no way after all these years. The myth skin has 9 pieces.
