1. Your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account.
2. Unlinking your platform accounts from your EA Account can cause a loss of your Apex progress and data, (which may not be recoverable even if you relink the accounts).
3. If your Apex progress and data wasn't recovered when relinking the accounts, that does sadly mean that your Apex progress and data is permanently lost.

In the link you shared it says "If you unlink your platform account and link it back to your original EA Account, you may be able to get your stuff back if you can still access the account" what that means and how do I do this?

GR_Nonsense​ It means that when you unlink a platform account from an EA Account, you can try to relink that same platform account back to the same EA Account it was just unlinked from.

Ok this is what I did(I relinked my platform account back to its original EA account). It says that if I can acces my account I can get my stuff back. What do I do to acces my account to get my stuff back?

That just means if you still have access to the original EA account where that progress was made, re-linking the platform there may restore access to the content. Unfortunately that cannot be guaranteed as the process of unlinking an account can cause permanent issues in some cases.

If this is the original EA account and you've re-linked your PSN account here but that progress has not returned, unfortunately that would mean it's lost. If you're not certain this is the original account or you no longer have access to the original EA account, our support team can help verify and update the login information for the EA account itself, however sadly they would not be able to manually restore anything that hasn't returned from re-linking.
