Apex Legends on GeForce NOW

Hello, EA!

I was wondering if you help me about Apex Legends.

As the TITLE says I am a GeForce NOW user and I like it, I have a really bad PC, the GeForce NOW helps a lot.
I might hop on an Apex about 4-5 times a day, depends on everything really work, daily stuff etc.
But when I reach that 4th or 5th one that I want to hop on a game and enjoy it, the EA App says I've logged in too many times in the last 24 hours, please try again later.
The problem is that THAT later is more than 12 hours. I last played I think it was 11:00 PM GMT+1 when I left. Now it's 1:32 PM GMT+1 and I still can't play it.
Since I'm a GeForce NOW user, can you anyhow make a little more of a play time so I can hop on anytime I want just like everyone else that's not playing on GeForce NOW?

It would be amazing if you could do something about it, I would appreciate it a lot!

Hey Klexonar,

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble getting back into the game pretty frequently from the sound of things here.

If you're seeing "Too many computers have accessed this account" or a related message popping up, you should be able to leave that feedback through GeForce NOW directly, per NVIDIA's own help page here.

That would be the best place for feedback on how this is currently affecting you when you're trying to play, thanks for passing that our way as well!

Ho segnalato il bug sia a EA che a GFN e la risposta è stata un imbarazzante "non ne sappiamo nulla". Il punto fondamentale che EA sembra ignorare è che GeForce NOW è un servizio cloud che si appoggia su una moltitudine di server. Se i server di autenticazione di EA non sono ottimizzati per gestire richieste provenienti da diversi cluster di macchine virtuali, il gioco continuerà a crashare o a dare errori di licenza. Sarebbe il caso di aggiornare i vostri protocolli per il cloud gaming, visto che è una tecnologia standard ormai da anni.
