I get to the start screen on Apex, and get an error message saying my account is invalid. Go online to ea, and can sign in fine... Tried redownloading, updating my account info, ECT. And am getting no where. Someone please help!

I installed Apex on PS4 but was never able to play, the game stalled on start up and gave error message “invalid account”.
I checked my EA-account on the PC and realized I could not log in there either. I was able to request a password reset but could not log on.
(BTW: I think the clue is to use the same email address as user name for both the PSN- and EA-account)
After a quick chat with support I was able to log on my EA-account on the PC, and after that it worked fine.
Nope... I have another psn account and just made a new EA account for it. Just been playing on that. It's annoying
I'm also having this issue. What is going on here? Why won't it recognize my login?
I am having the same problem and ea help has been useless the whole time always disconnecting my chat and not address the problem directly
Stops at login page. Reinstalled, that worked until it was 100% installed and then the same problem Accured. Im on Xbox One X.

Do you have a minor PS4 account? Meaning under 18? That's how I fixed it. I just went onto an account over 18.
