Apex Legends on PS4 Stuck on black loading screen!!

Try rebooting your network and power cycle the console. If these steps below don't work, it sounds like you might need to make a slight configuration to your DNS. Reboot the power to the modem/router

1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

PS4:

Power Cycle

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

Furthest mine will go is before i hit the X to continue button, Please help, im trying to get the battle pass level 110 prenium here? ☹️

Did you try the steps above and do you have the game installed on an external hard drive?

This is happening to me after the season 9 update Please help
