Same error for me, going on 3 days.
- I'm seeing this as well, for my kids account.
I played from launch til Thursday with no issue, then Friday couldn’t get past the initial screen.
Same issue on my sons Xbox one has anyone figured it out?

- I contacted EA and went thru an age verification process for myself. Once that was complete both my kids underage accounts were able to play. They block underage accounts to comply with the COPPA ACT I believe. Just updating their ages on Xbox does not fix. Once they verify the age of the parental account, it seems to be good to go. Not sure why EA is the only one that’s seems to comply with this...
