Apex Legends Progress Transfer not Working

I recently tried to start playing apex legends on my personal computer. I have linked my microsoft(xbox) account with my steam, as well as my EA account. I can open Apex Legends through the EA desktop app, and can see my xbox friends list, so I know the linking worked. However, Apex Legends is still showing 0 hrs of playtime, and when i open up Apex my character is level 0 with no unlocks.

this is incredibly frustrating, as I have followed all instructions in EA documentation, and my progression is still not being shown within my PC Apex account. There is no phone number to call, nor can i chat with an EA representative. I have hundreds of hours on my account, as well as 6+ battlepass as well as skin purchases.

Please could anyone help with this issue of why my Apex progress is not loading into my PC version of the game. Am most definitely not going to play this game again if I lose all of the progress I have worked towards.

    i have the exact same problem nothing i do will give me all the stuff i had on my ps4 account

    Have you been able to get into contact with an EA support member in any way?
