Apex legends ps4, code 100

Unable to connect Apex legends via ps4. Im living in china and i had no problems with playing Apex before. Sometimes it was laggy and has some ploss but it was playable. Im interested is the game ...

Are you both able to connect after a power cycle with your console and network? We have some additional troubleshooting steps here if those don't work out.

Reboot the power to the modem/router

Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

PS4:

Power Cycle

Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

Hey?I need your help,because i just wanna play my favorite game. It seems that not only me have this problem now, i think you should inform IT department or smth like that.Its a problem if youre loosing players just because of some stupid network error.
