Man, you've tried way more than I have - even swapped RAM and reinstalled Windows multiple times. That pretty much confirms this isn't something we can fix on our end.
At this point I don't even feel like playing this broken game anymore. The game is just as bad as its publisher. We've done everything we can, and Respawn still hasn't acknowledged the issue or responded to any of our posts.
I guess we just have to wait for them to fix it - if they ever do. Thanks for sharing your experience though, at least we know we're not alone in this.
I read on one of the forums that disabling the Wi-Fi module helped someone. I'll check it today and report back with the results.

I've tried it, but I'm sorry that this is only effective for Realtek's Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi chip of my motherboard is mediatek.
