Around 1 week ago, I brought a new PC ...... So, as usual, I tried to run every game which I play on my previous pc like GTA 5, Pubg PC, Valorant and also Apex legends... almost games ran smoothly without any issues....except Apex ...Whenever I tried to start the game, my pc restarted after Apex starting loading screen. so I searched in YT and googled about " Apex legends crash fix " ....Literally I tried everything like Verify the game on steam, Updating and downgrading the GPU driver, Updating windows, Run Apex as Admin, Disabled Full-screen optimization, etc ....But Nothing worked... then I forget one thing So My HDD is from my old PC ... And windows 10 was already installed on HDD, For some reason, I used the old windows in my new PC but I had definitely a plan to re-install windows 10.....I am not in hurry to do that because everything was fine except for Apex .. After 4 days of having the issue, I decided to re-install windows 10. So I did .... As usual, I re-installed every game I play and As Usual, Every game runs smoothly without any issues..even with Better performance except Apex Legends ..... That game still has the same pc restarting issue ....Please help me to fix the issue asapMy PC Spec :Ryzen 5 5600B450M Mortar Max16 GB of DDR4 3200 ramGTX 1050 2GB ( Stop Gap) also working fine

Update : After I Updated my Bios, My problem fixed.........

Hi @AlbatrosStar Thanks for letting us know what you are running into, can we try the following if you have not so far?

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Troubleshooting Graphics issues

Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

If you continue running into issues would it be possible to get a DxDiag?

most of the things you told me to do either I already did it or already that settings

Things I already did :

1 .I already did sfc / scan now in command prompt and also updated my gpu drivers , tweaked Apex graphical settings etc
2. proxy server are already off
3. I already did safe boot and started the game .....still same problem
4. only overclocking I use is XMP ..... I also tested by turning off XMP Profile..... nothing still having the issue

Hi @AlbatrosStar Thanks for this information, to check did you remove any over/underclocking settings or programs then try to clean boot to see if this continues?

If so to check have you made any other changes in the device BIOS?

No, I didn't but I tried default bios settings with newly installed windows .......... Apex was the first program that I installed at that time when I re-installed windows but It didn't work

i have the same problem too and i have tried everything ..... checking my files ,verify , update all my drivers , updating the BIOS , and the only game that crush is Apex thats really wierd
what happend is sometime the Pc just freez for sec then restart or the engine just crushed and the game will quit to desktop or the blue screen appears .....
and thats my pc : Mother: asus rog strix z690-A
Ram: g.skill Trident z royal elite 32gb , 4000
Processor: i5 13600k
Gpu: palit gameRock rtx 3090 ti
Cooler: asus rog ryujin 360 ARGB
Power supply: cooler master 1050 watt gold
SSD: Kingston 2 TB
and the biiig thing is my friend have the same pc with everything and his game dose not crush at all just my game
can i just know why its really make me angry

Чуваки, возможное решение найдено! 4 года потратил на поиск проблемы, что только не испробовал, бесчисленное число сносов операционки, полная смена конфигурации железа, ну в общем вме, что вы только можете себе представить и найдете в интернете, забив такую проблему! Ещё раз повторюсь решение ВОЗМОЖНОЕ, проблема заключается в кабеле от розетки до блока питания. Нашёл случайно, после замены на кабель старого производства, лаги, фризы, вылеты и перезагрузки исчезли, о чудо это свершилось! Пробуйте разные кабели, меняйтесь кабелями с друзьями, у кого всё работает хорошо. Объяснения этому нет, возможно производители в Китае экономят на сечении и когда игра нагружает систему, блок уходит в перезагрузку, либо сбрасывает мощности! 4 года страданий...

I had a similar issue as well and what worked for me was capping the frame rate through steam and also getting rid of the intro screen. got it to start 3 separate times today and it works great now!
